• Is your wireless charger with Qi2 certification?

  Yes, our wireless charger is Qi2 approved.

• What kind of chargers do you make?

  We have various chargers solutions, such as wireless fast chargers, wired fast chargers, retractable wired chargers, car phone chargers, etc. We also could provide oem odm services based on customer requirements.

• What is your certificate for products?

  Certified by CE, ROHS, FCC standards.

• How do you package my order to prevent damage during shipping?

  We will use enough protective materials for solid package, to protect the product and make it safe while shipping, such as outer corrugated box, inner box(optional), bubble films, pallets, and more protective materials.

• What is your manner for packing?

  1. Standard packing is: color printed box with inner blister tray.

  2. We could also custom package design based on your requirements.

• How do you guarantee my order quality?

  1. With 10~ years of experience in manufacturing consumer electronics, our engineering team keeps super strict eyes on quality performance.

  2. Using advanced equipment and state-of-art technology to make sure the product is cutting-edge technology.

  3. Very strict quality control system (IQC, IPQC, OQC) to ensure the highest performance-cost rate of products from raw materials to finished products. Especially during the strict OQC, each product will be tested to guarantee 100% good quality.

  4. Before shipment, related testing reports will be sent to you.

• Can you print my logo on products or package?

  Yes, logo can be printed via silk printing OR aser engraving.

• Can you make molding for me? How about the cost?

  Yes, molding is available based on your requirements. You just need to share your drawings with us, then we evaluate the molding fee based on product design.

  Once bulk order is confirmed, the moulding cost will refund. And we will in advance sign NDA files with you to protect your molding design.

• Do you have services on product customization?

  Yes. we have quite professional engineering team which can customize products based on your requirements. Please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss about customization service.

• What is your payment terms?

  T/T. 30% as deposit and 70% before shipment.
  Before shipment, we will show you videos and photos of products and packages.

• Free sample is available for testing?

  Yes, after confirming price and PI details is okay for production, we will offer one free sample for checking quality before production, express fee taken by customers.

• How long does it take to ship out my bulk order?

  Normally 5~18 business days after deposite, depending on required quantity and in stock or not.

• How long does it take to ship out sample?

  Normally 3-5 days.

• What is your terms for delivery?

  EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF are supported. It could be flexible based on your needs.

• What is your MOQ?

  MOQ of standard design is one box (normally ~100pcs).

  MOQ of custom design is 1000pcs.
