• Can you offer a molding service? How about its cost?

  Yes, mold making is available based on your requests and the drawings you offered and its charge depends on the product model. And once a large ordered amount is made, the moulding cost will refund.

• Can you accept product customization?

  Yes. we have an elite R&D and design team which can customize a product based on your requests For further inquiries about custom service, please contact us via WhatsApp.

• What certificates do your products comply with?

  Our products are certified by CE, ROTHS, FCC and other important international certification.

• What will you do to guarantee the product quality?

  1.We are an ISO9001-certified manufacturer with 20 years of experience in manufacturing.
  2. Using industry-leading testing equipment to guarantee superior results.
  3. Strictly adhering to inspection standards such as IQC, IPQC, and FQC to ensure the highest quality of products from raw materials to finished goods.
  4. Before delivery, OQC standards will be strictly implemented on every product to ensure 100 percent good quality.
  5. Before delivery, related inspection reports will be provided to you.

• Will you offer a free sample for testing?

  Yes, after signing the PI, we will send a free sample to you for checking upon delivery. For a new client, we will charge for the sample and shipping fee that will be refunded to you once the order is confirmed.

• How about the payment term?

  T/T. 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery. Before delivery, we will show the products and packages to you by sending videos or photos.

• How long does it take my order to ship out?

  5 to 25 business days after advance payment. The specific shipping day is determined by the quantity of the products you’re ordered.

• What is your terms for delivery?

  We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, or customizing the most efficient shipping way for your needs.
